What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or use the Playground area. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or telephone number. You may, however, visit Opening.io anonymously.
Playground
We do not use the data you upload in this area to train our algorithms and we do not share it with any third parties. All accounts are sandboxed, separate from the rest of our platform. You can delete your resume at any time.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To improve our website
- To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile.
